You will reground yourself, and release allowing you to grow and connect with yourself deeper.

Try to pack light as you will be carrying your bag all day, but ensure at a minimum you have

1. Plenty of water

2. Light & nourishing snacks

3. Towel & something to swim in

4. Journal & pen

Our Women's Walk is a full-day immersive experience and workshop, designed to assist you peel back the layers of social conditioning, the stories and experiences that have held us back from being a woman in our highest power.

The journey is designed to empower you to feel connected with yourself, and other women in a safe space where you can truly feel heard, felt and seen. As women we are so often confined by our "Roles"... Mother, Wife, Partner, what we do for work... we are often the glue that holds our family, and friendships together.

The Women’s Walk experience is an opportunity to take off those hats, to be seen for who you truly are, and know that you are worthy, you are enough, and you have always had everything that you need.

There is medicine inside all of us, that can heal ourselves, and others, it is ours to share.

This walk is suitable for all fitness levels - If you can walk, you can participate. There are multiple stops along the way to rest, connect with others and nourish our bodies, as well as activities designed to break down barriers and have you release ineffective energy and stories that are stored in your body, to make space for more love, light, connection and joy.
